Buddha said that mind is the creator of everything – all that is good comes from the mind, all that is bad comes from the mind.

What does this really mean?

During this course we will explore what mind is, how it works, and how it can be transformed in a positive way so we can experience lasting inner peace and true happiness.

The course will be led by David Marks, an Australian senior student of Lama Zopa Rinpoche.

Format of the course will incorporate:

  • Dharma teachings
  • group discussions
