Until his passing in 2023, Root Institute for Wisdom Culture Charitable Trust was overseen by Kyabje Lama Thubten Zopa Rinpoche, the Spiritual Director of the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT), a highly revered lama of the Gelugpa tradition, and a close disciple of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
We are offering prayers for the swift return of Rinpoche.
