This text by Lama Tsongkhapa, founder of the Gelug tradition, explains in concise form that renunciation, bodhichitta and a correct view of emptiness are the three pathways of mind essential for reaching enlightenment through either the sutra and tantra vehicles of practice. The text is suitable for daily recitation or scanning meditation.

The subject matter is suitable for all students, from beginners to the most advanced.
